Updated September 8, 2026

Replyside helps authorized brand teams manage Instagram and Facebook comments. The current pilot serves Haus. Other brands can join the waitlist.

Google sign-in

Google provides your account identifier, verified email address, name and profile picture for sign-in. We use your identity to check workspace access and maintain your session. Google sign-in does not give Replyside access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Google Drive.

Connected accounts

For connected Meta accounts, we process comments, public author information, post and ad context, account credentials, suggested replies and moderation history. These support the inbox, AI drafts, reporting and configured moderation. Direct-message support is not yet enabled.

Processing and storage

Vercel hosts the service and Supabase stores application data. OpenAI processes comment content and relevant brand examples to generate suggestions. Meta receives replies and moderation requests. Configured activity exports may be stored in the brand’s Google Sheets. We use session cookies for authentication. We do not sell this data.

Waitlist and support

If you email us, we use the contact and brand information you provide to handle your request, support your account or discuss access.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, comment and moderation records for operating the service and reviewing reply quality. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or disconnection of your account. You can also revoke Google or Meta access in those services’ settings.
